The Mogiana region, which runs along the São Paulo and Minas Gerais border, is home to some of the most consistently sweet and well-structured naturals produced in Brazil. This being the first decaffinated Brazil Gracenote has released save for our early years! Its chocolate cake baby, mixed fruits and nuts makes for a really smooth and delightful drip, and hits all the right markers when dialed in as espresso.

These coffees are hand selected lots from individual farms that are then processed to create a smooth, clean, highly consistent end product. The goal being a consistent profile from lot to lot, and year to year, making this Mogiana a coffee that you can rely on year-round.
